策划人语2011年,“十二五”开局,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》进入全面落实之年,教育需要深刻转型:内涵前行,科学发展。在此背景下,重庆市普通高中新课程实验注定一开始就站到风口浪尖--怎样的课改才能提高人才培养质量,符合教育规律;学校当如何作为,教育行政力量要统筹什么、怎么统筹。这些成为所有课改区县急需破解的难题。江津区地处重庆“一小时经济圈”内,是重庆市规划建设的六大区域性中心大城市之一,曾在村小课改和中考制度创新方面成绩斐然。这一次,他们响亮提出高中课改的“低碳”理念。辖区内八所高中聚焦课堂,着力低负高效教学模式探索;江津区统筹力量更是从全面布局和资源配置入手,统筹协调、指引方向、贴心服务,全力推行“低碳”课改。
Planning language In 2011, the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” started. The “Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)” entered a fully implemented year. The education needs profound transformation: the connotation advances and the scientific development progresses. In this context, the experiment of Chongqing ordinary senior high school new curriculum is doomed to the cusp of the beginning - what kind of curriculum reform can improve the quality of personnel training, in line with the law of education; how to act as a school, education administrative forces to co-ordinate what, how co-ordination. These have become the problems that all the districts and counties need to crack urgently. Located in the “one-hour economic circle” of Chongqing, Jiangjin District is one of the six major regional centers planned and constructed by Chongqing Municipality. It has achieved remarkable success in the reform of the curriculum reform and entrance exam system in the village. This time, they loudly raised the idea of “low carbon” in high school curriculum reform. The eight high schools focus on the classroom, focus on low negative and efficient teaching mode exploration; Jiangjin District, the overall strength is from the overall layout and resource allocation to start, co-ordination, guidance, caring service, full implementation of “low carbon” curriculum reform.
