城市再就业:问题突出任务艰巨中国城市进入21世纪,城市的就业与再就业问题日益突出,任务日趋艰巨。再就业问题能否解决好,直接关系城市改革发展的大局,直接关系中国城市经济发展和会社会稳定的大局,我们必须引起充分重视。解决就业和再就业,从根本上要靠经济增长,但有的时候,经济增长却不能带来就业岗位的增加。眼下,我国就面临着就业弹性下降的问题。
