本文所介绍的是专为卫星工程地面站研制的C波段统一载波的微波集成下变频器。它具有三通道特性,每通道具有净增益20分贝,噪声系数小于8分贝,前中输出干扰电平小于12微伏。和与差信道问随机均方根相位差值小于0.3度;三通道间隔离度大于60分贝;一致性小于±0.5分贝。通过正确选择一本振频率,可以对27个信号进行跟踪和遥测。
Described in this article is designed for satellite ground stations C-band unified carrier microwave integrated down converter. It features three channels with a net gain of 20 dB per channel, a noise figure of less than 8 dB, and an intermediate output interference level of less than 12 microvolts. And with poor channel ask random root mean square phase difference less than 0.3 degrees; three channels isolation greater than 60 dB; consistency less than ± 0.5 dB. By correctly selecting a local oscillator frequency, 27 signals can be tracked and telemetered.
