When Lou Zongquan became a millionaire and thought his money was more than enough to sustain a kungfu school over 10 years ago, the engineer-turned-businessman decided it was time to feed his martial ambition. in less than a year, however, the kungfu fan found that his dream would lead him to running an orphanage. The coastal holiday villa Lou rented and then bought for the kungfu school in Gaizhou, in northeast China’s Liaoning Province, now serves as the Orphanage of Benevolence, which has been home for more than 30 abandoned children.
