采用新型壳核型色谱柱,建立了高效液相色谱法快速分离检测饲料中的9种磺胺类药物。采用Halo C18色谱柱,流动相为0.1%乙酸水溶液∶0.1%乙酸甲醇乙腈溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长270 nm。9种磺胺类药物可在10 min内快速分离,均在0.1~5?g/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率均大于80%,RSD小于15%。本法最低定量限为0.1?g/ml。
A new shell-shell chromatographic column was established for the rapid separation of nine sulfonamides in feedstuffs by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). A Halo C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% acetic acid in water: 0.1% acetic acid in methanol and acetonitrile. The gradient elution was carried out at a detection wavelength of 270 nm. Nine sulfonamides were rapidly separated in 10 min and all showed good linearity in the range of 0.1-5 μg / ml. The average recovery was greater than 80%, RSD less than 15%. The minimum limit of quantification for this method is 0.1 μg / ml.
