目的:探讨微生态制剂联合蒙脱石散剂和中药联合蒙脱石散剂两种方案治疗小儿急性腹泻的效果。方法:对2010年1月至2011年10月期间在我院就诊的小儿急性腹泻患者80例进行总结、分析。结果:显效61例,占76.25%;有效17例,占21.25%,总有效率达97.5%,效果十分显著。结论:采用微生态制剂联合蒙脱石散剂和中药联合蒙脱石散剂两种方案治疗小儿急性腹泻安全性高、毒副作用小、疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of probiotics combined with montmorillonite powder and traditional Chinese medicine plus montmorillonite powder in treating children with acute diarrhea. Methods: From January 2010 to October 2011 in our hospital for treatment of 80 cases of children with acute diarrhea were summarized and analyzed. Results: 61 cases markedly effective, accounting for 76.25%; effective in 17 cases, accounting for 21.25%, the total effective rate of 97.5%, the effect is very significant. Conclusion: The two kinds of schemes of probiotics combined with montmorillonite powder and Chinese medicine plus montmorillonite powder have the advantages of high safety, little toxic and side effect and exact curative effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
