第一章总则第一条为发展社会主义出版、印刷、发行事业,根据宪法和法律的有关规定,结合云南省实际,制定本条例。第二条凡出版、印刷、发行图书、报刊、日历,图片等出版物的单位和个人,都适用本条例。第三条出版、印刷、发行事业必须坚持四项基本原则,坚持改革开放的总方针,坚持为人民服务,为社会主义服务的方针。出版、印刷、发行工作应当以社会效益为最高准则,重视经济效益。笫四条鼓励和支持公民从事各种有益于社会发展、科学技术进步和人民身心健康的创作活动,为其作品提供发表、出版、印刷和发行条件,保障作者的合法权益。保护
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in light of the relevant provisions of the Constitution and laws and in light of the actual conditions of Yunnan Province for the purpose of developing the cause of publishing, printing and distributing socialism.
