沈阳铸造厂林振胜同志,在技术协作活动中总结出了一套电弧焊接灰铸铁的经验,大致可以分为三点,现介绍如下:(1)用不锈钢焊条焊接。图1所示的冷却箱泥芯撑在铸造和机械加工后,发生渗漏水现象。由于工件已精加工完,若采用气焊焊补,不但施工困难, 且产生变形,质量不能保证。若用一般电焊工艺又不能保证耐压和耐腐蚀。林振胜同志采用了不锈钢焊条进行电弧焊,解决了这个问题。
