我旗位于内蒙古自治区哲里木盟西南部,地处科尔沁沙地,地理特点为“五沙三山二分田,南山中沙北平原”。全旗29个乡,2个镇,36.3万人。总面积8120平方公里,林地面积250多万亩,耕地面积135万亩。1983年工农业总产值1.554亿元,农村牧区人均收入270元,是自然条件较差,经济基础薄弱,群众生活比较困难的地区。 我旗南部山区,丘陵区有7个乡,面积1915平方公里,占全旗总面积的24％。水土流失和风蚀面积达1738平方公里,占山区丘陵区面积的90％。其中柳河流域面积为212.2平方公里,占全旗水土流失和风蚀面积的12.2％。
My flag is located in the southwestern Zhele Meng League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, located in Horqin sandy land, the geographical features of “five sand three mountain two sub-fields, Nanshan North-North Plains.” The whole county 29 townships, 2 towns, 363,000 people. The total area of 8120 square kilometers, more than 2.5 million acres of woodland area, 1350000 acres of arable land. The total industrial and agricultural output value of 155.4 million yuan in 1983 and the per capita income of rural and pastoral areas of 270 yuan were areas with poor natural conditions, weak economic foundation and more difficult life for the masses. I flag southern mountainous areas, hilly area has 7 townships, an area of 1915 square kilometers, accounting for 24% of the total area of the entire flag. Soil erosion and wind erosion area of 1738 square kilometers, accounting for 90% of the mountain hilly area. Among them, the Liuhe River Basin covers an area of 212.2 square kilometers, accounting for 12.2% of the total area of soil erosion and wind erosion.
