目的:两种口腔纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果观察。方法:选取某院口腔科2014年1月~2015年3月口腔科患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机试验组和对照组,每组各50例。试验组患者病情包括:前牙22例,前磨牙15例,磨牙13例。对照组患者病情包括:前牙20例,前磨牙15例,磨牙15例。试验组采取预成纤维桩的方式,对照组采取可塑纤维桩的方式,观察两组修复效果。结果:试验组的有效率98%,对照组有效率76%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预成纤维桩的修复效果安全,美观,值得广泛临床推广使用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of two types of oral fiber posts in oral rehabilitation. Methods: A total of 100 cases of stomatology from January 2014 to March 2015 in a hospital were selected as the research object, which were randomly divided into trial group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the test group included 22 anterior teeth, 15 premolar teeth and 13 molars. Patients in the control group included 20 anterior teeth, 15 premolar teeth and 15 molars. In the experimental group, pre-fiber piles were used, while in the control group, plastic fiber piles were used to observe the healing effect of the two groups. Results: The effective rate of the experimental group was 98%, while that of the control group was 76%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The prefabricated fiber post-repair is safe and beautiful, which deserves to be widely used clinically.
