航空发动机运行过程中广泛存在着其他类型的数据,采用数据融合方法可以充分利用多源数据获取可靠性信息。考虑到航空发动机性能衰退性故障和突发故障同时存在,表现为竞争风险的形式,这种多故障模式也会对可靠性评估结果产生影响。在竞争风险的框架前提下,提出一种基于数据融合的航空发动机可靠性评估模型。该模型相对于只利用故障数据进行的可靠性评估,具有更好的可操作性;相对于只考虑一种故障模式进行的可靠性评估,更加符合航空发动机实际,评估结果也更加准确。通过算例验证了提出方法的有效性。
Other types of data are widely used in the operation of aeroengine. The data fusion method can make full use of multi-source data to obtain the reliability information. Taking into account the aeroengine performance degradation and sudden failure simultaneously, the performance of the form of competitive risk, this multi-failure mode will also affect the reliability assessment results. Under the premise of competitive risk, this paper proposes a model of aircraft engine reliability assessment based on data fusion. Compared with the reliability evaluation using fault data only, the model has better operability. Compared with the reliability evaluation considering only one fault mode, the model is more in line with the actual aero-engine and the evaluation result is more accurate. An example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
