我司是一家电梯制造与服务的上证A股的上市公司。经过近四十年的经营和发展,公司目前在国内共拥有四个生产基地,其中华南和华东两个生产基地已建成并投入使用;华北和西部两个生产基地计划于2014—2015年分别建成并投入使用。在工程项目管理中,如何有效地控制和防范工程项目的管理风险呢?下面本人结合我司的实际情况,分享几个观点。
Division I is a lift manufacturing and services on the A-share listed company. After nearly 40 years of operation and development, the company currently has a total of four production bases in China, of which two production bases in South China and East China have been completed and put into operation; the two production bases in North China and West China are planned to be completed in 2014-2015 And put into use. In the project management, how to effectively control and prevent the project management risk? Here I combined with the actual situation of our company, to share several points of view.
