通过正交试验设计,使用溶剂热法制备了一系列钴铝复合氢氧化物。运用我们实验室自主开发的软件,对实验数据结果进行最佳投影识别,找出了形成核壳结构钴铝复合氢氧化物的边界条件。采用逆投影法设计了新样本,新样本的实验结果与预测结果一致。因此,所建模式识别模型对于核壳结构钴铝复合氢氧化物形貌的可控合成是非常有用的,为其它材料的可控合成提供了参考方法。
Through orthogonal experimental design, a series of cobalt-aluminum composite hydroxides were prepared by solvothermal method. By using the software developed by our laboratory, the optimal projection of the experimental data is identified, and the boundary conditions for the formation of Co-Al composite hydroxide with core-shell structure are found out. The reverse projection method is used to design a new sample. The experimental results of the new sample are consistent with the prediction results. Therefore, the model recognition model is very useful for the controlled synthesis of morphology of cobalt-aluminum composite hydroxides with core-shell structure and provides a reference method for the controlled synthesis of other materials.
