目的:研究暹罗鳄血体外对4种肿瘤细胞株的抑制作用以及体内对移植性肿瘤S180荷瘤鼠的影响。方法:制备暹罗鳄鱼血清和血浆,体外利用MTT法测定样品抑制肿瘤细胞增殖活性。体内采用S180移植肿瘤模型小鼠口服给药12 d,观察小鼠的生长情况、肿瘤生长情况、体重、对脏体比的影响。结果:较高浓度的鳄鱼血清和血浆对HepG2、BGC823、HeLa细胞和SKOV3细胞有增殖抑制作用,鳄鱼全血有抑制荷瘤鼠肿瘤生长的作用,抑制率为57.55%,且能使荷瘤小鼠生存质量改善。结论:人工养殖暹罗鳄血具有抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of Si alligator blood in vitro on four kinds of tumor cell lines and the effect on the transplanted tumor S180 tumor-bearing mice in vivo. Methods: Siamese crocodile serum and plasma were prepared, and the activity of tumor cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay in vitro. In vivo, the S180 transplanted tumor model mice were orally administered for 12 days to observe the growth of the mice, the growth of the tumor, the body weight, and the influence on the ratio of the dirty body. Results: Higher concentration of crocodile serum and plasma had inhibitory effects on HepG2, BGC823, HeLa cells and SKOV3 cells. Crocodile whole blood inhibited tumor growth in tumor-bearing mice with the inhibitory rate of 57.55% Improve the quality of life of rats. Conclusion: Artificially cultured Siamese Crocodile has anti-tumor effect.
