目的了解重庆市万州区社区公共卫生服务人员(以下简称“公卫人员”)职业倦怠现状及其影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样法,以重庆市万州区220名公卫人员为研究对象,采用《职业倦怠普适量表》对其职业倦怠情况进行调查,分析职业倦怠现状和影响因素。结果研究对象情绪衰竭、玩世不恭、成就感低落维度得分中位数和第25、75百分位数分别为1.1(0.6,2.4)、0.5(0.0,1.5)、4.7(2.3,6.0)分。3个维度的中度与重度职业倦怠人员分别占33.2%、20.0%和40.9%。个人月收入<2 000元的公卫人员情绪衰竭维度得分分别高于个人月收入2 000~元和2 500~元者(P<0.05),工龄<15年的公卫人员玩世不恭维度得分分别高于工龄15~年和25~年者(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,成就感低落与性别有关联(P<0.01),男性公卫人员成就感低落维度得分高于女性。结论重庆市万州区公卫人员的职业倦怠程度较为严重,职业倦怠程度主要受个人月收入、工龄和性别的影响。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational burnout and its influencing factors in community public health service staff (hereinafter referred to as “public health staff”) in Wanzhou District of Chongqing Municipality. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate the occupational burnout among 220 public health workers in Wanzhou District of Chongqing Municipality. The occupational burnout was investigated using the “Occupational Burnout Universal Scale”, and the status quo and influencing factors of job burnout were analyzed. Results The subjects of emotional exhaustion, cynicism, low sense of achievement score median and the 25th and 75th percentile were 1.1 (0.6,2.4), 0.5 (0.0,1.5), 4.7 (2.3,6.0) points. The three dimensions of moderate and severe occupational burnout accounted for 33.2%, 20.0% and 40.9% respectively. Individuals whose monthly income was less than 2 000 were scored higher than those with personal monthly income of 2 000 ~ 2 and 2 500 ~ (P <0.05), respectively, and those who were less than 15 years of age had higher scores of cynicism At the age of 15 years and 25 years (P <0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that low accomplishment was associated with gender (P <0.01), and male low score of public health worker score was higher than that of female. Conclusion The staff of public health department in Wanzhou District of Chongqing Municipality has a relatively serious degree of job burnout. The degree of job burnout is mainly affected by personal monthly income, length of service and gender.
