《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准》(以下简称“课标”)正式出台,引起了音乐教育界的普遍关注,也使笔者陷入了深深的思索。众所周知,高师音乐教育是培养基础音乐教师的摇篮,如何使高师毕业生成为真正有知识、有能力的基础教育工作者,与高师音乐教育有着直接密切的关系。
The full-time compulsory education music curriculum standard (hereinafter referred to as the “standard”) was officially promulgated, causing widespread concern music education, but also the author into a deep thought. It is well known that music education in normal colleges is the cradle of basic music teachers. How to make the graduates of higher normals become truly educated and capable elementary educators is directly related to music education in normal colleges.
