本文介绍了利用有限元法进行磁力耦合元件计算的物理模型、数学模型 ,并用此法对超高真空磁力耦合元件结构参数进行了研究 ,得出了一些有关结构参数优化的结论 ,对磁力传动元件的优化设计和合理选用有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, the physical model and the mathematical model of the magnetic coupling element calculation by using the finite element method are introduced.
