痛经栓和丹参痛经栓对未孕大鼠离体子宫具有明显抑制作用。对垂体后叶素及15一甲基前列腺素(PGF_(2α))所致在体子宫平滑肌收缩也有明显抑制作用。实验初步表明,痛经栓和丹参病经栓治疗原发性病经的机理,可能是直接抑制子宫平滑肌,并与其抗前列腺素或抑制前列腺素释放有关。
Dysmenorrhea suppository and salvia miltiorrhiza dysmenorrhea have obvious inhibitory effect on isolated uterus of non-pregnant rats. The uterine smooth muscle contraction caused by pituitrin and 15-methyl prostaglandin (PGF_(2α)) was also significantly inhibited. The preliminary experiments showed that the mechanism of dysmenorrhea suppository and salvia miltiorrhiza bupivae treated with suppository for primary pathogenesis may be the direct inhibition of uterine smooth muscle, and related to its anti-prostaglandin or inhibition of prostaglandin release.
