挫折教育包括心理调整教育和挫折预防教育,它是教育者对青少年合理地设置挫折情境后,再引导青少年积极克服困难,在逆境中不屈不挠,奋发向上,反复拼搏,最终战胜挫折,到达成功的彼岸。挫折教育的目的在于教育学生掌握必要的知识技能,提高自身素质,磨练意志,增强心理免疫力,能以英模为榜样,形成科学的人生观,提高对社会生活与环境的适应能力。具体地说:就是教育学生具备输得起、能吃苦、敢竞争、不屈服的优良品质和团结互助的集体主义精神。
