如同世界杯足球比赛席卷全世界一样,MIROSOT正被世界各国所夫注,并以惊人的速度推动着智能机器人的发展.MIROSOT的胜负代表一个国家科学技术的综合实力和水平,在比赛中获胜,则表示技术力量强,否则表示技术水平不高.因此,可以说MIROSOT了是一个小平台上的“技术战争”.MIROSOT的魅力就在干通过比赛来衡量各国家的技术水平,并以此推动技术进步,因此每个参赛队都是以本国的尊严来参加比赛的.自1995年开始,世界上已多次举行了国际性的或地区性的机器人足球比赛,带动了许多关键技术的发展,但至今我国仍属空白.为使我国的MIROSOT项目能够尽早启动和使我国能尽早地加入国际性比赛行列,我们提出如下几点建议:(1)在国家科技部主管部门和863智能机器人主题主持下,迅速立项,并成立微机器人足球比赛技术委员会(RSTC),对MIROSOT项目进行统一的领导和组织.(2)在国家科技部主管部门领导下于1999年10月举行首届中国微机器人足球比赛大会,争取2000年参加悉尼MIROSOT国际比赛.(3)首届中国微机器人足球比赛可采用三种方式:①机器人足球软件对抗赛;②每队带自己研制的机器人做实际机器人足球比赛;③介于上述两种之间的混合比赛,即大会提供统一的硬件系统(机器人、视觉、通讯、主机等)和基本软件系统,而比赛策略软件则由?
