本文报导了从呼和浩特市郊采集和分离到的天幕毛虫(Ma1acosoma neutria testacea M)核型多角体病毒对3龄初天幕毛虫幼虫的毒力测定结果。幼虫死亡率随感染浓度的增大而上升,而感染浓度与感染时间是负相关的。感染浓度与死亡率回归方程式为y=1.5259+0.8099x,LC_(50)值为1.95×10~4pIB/ml,其95%的置信限为1.334×10~4~2.786×10~4PIB/ml。病毒浓度为1.28×10~7,1.28×10~6和1.28×10~6PIB/ml的LT_(50)值分别为7.31天,8.48天和8.84天。
In this paper, we report the results of virulence tests on the first-instar moth larvae of Ma1acosoma neutria testacea M nuclear polyhedrosis virus collected and isolated from the outskirts of Hohhot. The larval mortality increased with the increase of infection concentration, while the infection concentration was negatively correlated with the infection time. The regression equation of infection concentration and mortality was y = 1.5259 + 0.8099x, the LC 50 value was 1.95 × 10 ~ 4pIB / ml, and the 95% confidence interval was 1.334 × 10 ~ 4 ~ 2.786 × 10 ~ 4PIB / ml. The LT_ (50) values of virus concentration of 1.28 × 10 ~ 7,1.28 × 10 ~ 6 and 1.28 × 10 ~ 6PIB / ml were 7.31 days, 8.48 days and 8.84 days respectively.
