目的:检验直径≤3 cm肺孤立结节(SPN)良恶性鉴别诊断应用软件的准确性。方法:建立211例SPN数据库,划分判别区间,开发应用软件。对48例前瞻性分析,检验该软件准确性。结果:据数据库设定得分≤3分为良性,≥5分为恶性,3.1~4.9分为介乎值。前瞻性病例良、恶性诊断符合率分别是92.86%、85.0%。结论:本文认为该软件对SPN良恶性判别准确性较高,且简单、方便、实用,值得推广。
PURPOSE: To test the accuracy of application software for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules (SPNs) ≤3 cm in diameter. Methods: Establish 211 SPN database, divide the discriminant interval and develop the application software. Forty-eight prospective analyzes examined the software’s accuracy. Results: According to the database set score ≤ 3 is divided into benign, ≥ 5 is divided into malignant, 3.1 ~ 4.9 divided into values. The coincidence rates of prospective and malignant diagnosis were 92.86% and 85.0% respectively. Conclusion: This paper considers that the software has high accuracy in discriminating benign and malignant SPN, and it is simple, convenient and practical and worth promoting.
