用形态学方法,观察了束旁核的细胞构筑,以及束旁核与脊髓传入纤维的联系。束旁核位于缰核脚间束的周围,细胞较为密集,细胞质染色较深,主要由中型细胞组成,胞体形状以椭园形为最多。根据束旁核细胞形态结构上的特点,可区分为五个类型。其中笫一、笫五型细胞的轴突较长大。其它三个类型的轴突较短小,止于胞体周围,和该核的细胞联系。切断脊髓颈下部,用Nauta氏方法,在束旁核尾侧部可见到一些终末前溃变,表明脊髓丘脑束的一部分纤维,可直至束旁核。
Morphological method was used to observe the cell construction of parafascicular nucleus and the relationship between parafascicular nucleus and spinal cord afferent fibers.
