随着火电机组向高参数、大容量的方向发展,开展大型火电厂节能减排研究成为发电企业面临的重要课题。先进算法在电力系统的应用已非常普遍,如何选择和区分是关键。采用基于状态融合策略的智能预测补偿控制技术能够对过程状态进行区分,从而进行选择性的优化控制。实际案例表明,应用该系统后改善了汽温控制品质并降低NOx排放,提高了锅炉效率,节能减排效果明显。
With the development of thermal power units towards high parameters and large capacity, the research on energy conservation and emission reduction of large thermal power plants has become an important issue for power generation enterprises. The application of advanced algorithms in power system has been very common, how to choose and distinguish is the key. The intelligent predictive compensation control technique based on state fusion strategy can distinguish the process states and thus make selective optimization control. The actual case shows that after the system is applied, the quality of the steam temperature control is improved and the NOx emission is reduced, the boiler efficiency is improved, and the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is obvious.
