1原加砂系统及其存在的问题用消失模铸造工艺大量生产某单一品种变速器壳体时,采用封闭式循环线转运砂箱,雨淋式加砂器配合三维振实台自动完成埋箱造型过程,整条生产线采用PLC集中控制,自动化程度高(如图1)。该雨淋加砂器采用传统的控制闸板开闭时间的方法来控制加砂量,由于型砂的流动性变化,导致加砂量不稳定,铸件形状复杂处无法达到理想的紧实效果。而
