2013年9月《国务院办公厅关于政府向社会力量购买服务的指导意见》发布以来,我国政府向社会组织购买服务得到了较快发展,尽管如此,在我国还算起步阶段。无论从理论还是实践中,社会组织和政府购买公共服务两者相辅相成、缺一不可,本文从传统的政府提供公共服务的有限性着手,简要分析我国政府向社会组织购买公共服务现状、存在的问题,提出几点建议。
