There are six kinds of surgical approaches to cardiac cancer seen in the literature. There is no consensus that chest and abdomen combined incisions are the most reasonable from the perspective of oncological radicalization. This hospital has implemented a variety of cargo cancers from January 1 to June 22, 1996. There were 386 resections.The analysis of the problems related to the choice of surgical route was analyzed in this paper.l The clinical data of 386 cases were 301 males and 85 females.
