一、前言残余奥氏体在渗层中的数量和分布对渗碳件的性能有很大影响,并且有许多问題到目前为止尚未搞清楚,因而引起广泛地研究。我们在对碳氮共渗层中残余奥氏体的分布和数量的研究基础上,进一步对渗碳层中的残余奥氏体的数量和分布进行了研究。由于测试设备和技术的改进,使测量的灵敏度和精确度比以前大大提高。本文就是采用日本理学生产的12千瓦旋转阳极大功率衍射仪,结合X射线积分强度的自动测量,进行残余奥氏体数量和分布研究的。
I. INTRODUCTION The amount and distribution of residual austenite in the coating has a great influence on the properties of carburized parts and many problems have not been clarified so far and have caused extensive research. Based on the study of the distribution and amount of retained austenite in the carbonitriding layer, we further studied the amount and distribution of retained austenite in the carburized layer. Due to the improvement of testing equipment and technology, the sensitivity and accuracy of measurement are greatly improved than before. In this paper, we use the 12 kw rotating anode power diffractometer manufactured by Nihon University to study the quantity and distribution of retained austenite in combination with the automatic measurement of X-ray integral intensity.
