目的探讨分析综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血糖控制效果及对治疗依从性的影响。方法选取84例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇随机分为干预组和对照组,分别给予综合护理干预和常规护理,比较两组孕妇血糖控制情况、治疗依从性及对护理服务的满意度。结果干预后干预组孕妇空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖低于对照组孕妇,干预组孕妇治疗依从率及对护理服务的满意率较对照组显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够有效控制妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的血糖情况、提高治疗的依从性,同时提高孕妇对护理服务的满意度,值得进一步在临床上推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and its compliance with treatment. Methods Eighty-four pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing were given respectively. Blood glucose control, compliance with treatment and satisfaction with nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the fasting blood glucose, fasting plasma glucose, postprandial blood glucose at 2 h were lower in the intervention group than those in the control group. The compliance rate of the pregnant women in the intervention group and the nursing service satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively control the blood glucose of pregnant women with gestational diabetes, improve the compliance of the treatment, and improve the satisfaction of pregnant women to the nursing service, it is worth further clinical promotion.
