为提高企业员工整体安全意识水平,利用仿真试验找到合理有效的行为安全管理措施。首先将员工依据安全意识强弱分成3类不同群体,基于六边形元胞自动机(CA)模型对员工个体建模,然后设置员工个体之间交互的局部规则,观察理想状态下员工安全意识的涌现,分析结果找到影响涌现的关键因素,最后结合行为安全管理(BBS)理论,提出宣传与惩戒2种管理措施。仿真结果表明,理想状态下群体安全态势会出现上升,基本不变,下降3种涌现结果;安全意识处于中间的群体对涌现结果有重要影响;施加管理措施后,群体安全态势显著提升,且惩戒管理措施下群体安全态势的提升较宣传式下的提升更为明显。
To improve the overall safety awareness of employees, using simulation tests to find reasonable and effective behavior safety management measures.
