本文在分析、比较、综合传统的粉末法及其它工艺方法渗铬的基础上,根据文献(3)提出的原理,设计出一种简易可靠的工艺装置,并对渗铬工艺及渗铬层的组织、成分、结构和性能进行了系统的研究。结果表明,采用此工艺渗铬,操作简便,工艺重现性好,渗件质量优良且性能稳定,渗铬剂可多次重复使用。从而较好地解决了传统粉末渗铬工艺密封手续繁琐且不可靠,渗件质量不稳定、渗剂消耗量大等难题。
