良好的师生关系是学生的一种学力,高职院校新教师要变成一位受学生喜欢的同时也让自已比较满意的好教师需要一年甚至更长时间的过渡期,新教师应该更多地考虑以自身成长促进学生成才。联系当前高职学校学生的学习及心理现状,新入职教师可以从进行角色认知、增强角色转换的灵活性,加强自己的专业素养,增加教学活动的教育性意向、减少教学中的控制行为,树立新的课程资源观、尝试由“置入式”教学向“对话”性教学转换,做好课前、课中和课后反思,找准自己的特点或强项、按自己的方式教书这六个方面改进教学,以期在建立良好师生关系的同时获得自身职业发展。
