加强目标管理是促进档案工作发展的一项重要措施,我处从1988年开始,对档案工作实行目标管理,经过十几年的实践,不断完善,不断发展,现在已经形成了一种指标量化、考核严格,全方位、多层次对档案工作实行目标管理的良好态势,有效地促进了我处档案工作的发展。1990年晋升为省级档案工作先进单位,1991年晋升为国家二级档案管理先进单位。下面就我处实行目标管理的情况向同仁介绍一下。最初我处档案工作主要是实行岗位责任制,有一定的检查验收办法,到1986年我们开始实行年度目标管理检查记分办法。但这种检查记分,还不是严格意义的目标管理,因为检查的项目中,定性的内容多,定量
