新课程标准提倡我们的教学应该是高效的课堂教学,在教学中应该充分发挥教师的引导作用,突出学生的主体地位。教师的作用,就是在教学过程中,为学生创设一个充满活力、张扬个性的轻松的课堂氛围,然而,我们现在的课堂教学过多的注重了学生知识的吸收和成绩的好坏,而忽视了对学生个性的培养,压抑了学生的创造性和主动性,从而造成课堂效率低下,学生对数学学习兴趣降低。
