Financial supervision and management are related to the overall operation of the hospital. It is a very important part of the hospital organizational structure. Establishing a scientific and systematic financial management system suitable for the development of the market economy is conducive to promoting the reform of the medical system. This article mainly discusses the existing problems in the hospital financial management, and puts forward corresponding solutions.
