甲状腺癌往往以原发灶切除加颈淋巴结清除术作为临床治疗的手段甲状腺癌行单侧颈清术者,文献报道较多,但行双侧颈清术者则少见记述。本文将就我院外科从1963年～79年底住院治疗的48例甲状腺癌行双侧颈清者进行分析总结,并就有关问题提出我们的一些看法。
Thyroid cancer is often treated with primary tumor resection and cervical lymph node dissection as a means of clinical treatment. Thyroid cancer is performed with unilateral neck dissection. There are many reports in the literature, but patients with bilateral neck dissection are rarely described. This article will analyze and summarize the 48 cases of thyroid cancer who were hospitalized from 1963 to the end of 79 in our hospital. We also provide some opinions on related issues.
