我们检测1例伴CD56高表达的巨核细胞白血病(M7)患儿,其免疫表型为CD41+(37.1%),CD56+(88.2%);细胞遗传学显示亚二倍体增多;细胞化学染色结果:髓性过氧化物酶(-),苏丹黑B染色(-),特异性脂酶染色(-),非特异性脂酶(-)且不被FNa抑制,糖原染色弱阳性;骨髓中的幼稚细胞在体外有较高的NK细胞介导的细胞毒活性,此细胞经倍体分析发现,85.8%为二倍体细胞,证明它们属于不分化或分化很差的巨核细胞。
