随着我国顺利加入了世贸组织,我国企业的发展过程中的人力资源管理的重要性愈发凸显。因此,文章将围绕企业的员工绩效考核展开进一步的探讨与研究,主要分析当前我国企业员工绩效考核的现状及其存在的各种问题,并针对这些问题提出一些有建设性的对策,以期能够让企业的员工绩效考核真正起到激励企业员工努力工作的作用,进而提升企业的管理水平和市场核心竞争力。
With China’s successful accession to the WTO, the importance of human resources management in the development of Chinese enterprises has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the article will focus on enterprise performance assessment of employees to further explore and study, the current status of China’s corporate performance assessment and the existing problems, and put forward some constructive measures for these problems, in order to allow Enterprise staff performance appraisal really play a role in encouraging employees to work hard, and then enhance the management level of enterprises and the core competitiveness of the market.
