2009年全国共查处各类非法发票9163万份,捣毁犯罪窝点1498个,打掉作案团伙844个……假发票一直以来都是税务机关打击的重点,但骗购、虚开、重用、克隆……制售用假发票多年来依然屡禁不止。到底有没有办法彻底遏制假发票的泛滥?广东地税以其一贯敢为人先的精神大胆尝试,自主研发了“发票在线应用系统”。这套系统被前来调研的国家税务总局副局长宋兰评价为:税收管理史和发票管理史上一个颠覆性的举措。
