本文采用静液滴法对镓熔体在铝基板和铜基板上的静态接触角进行了测量。研究了基板表面粗糙度、基板材料以及温度对静态接触角的影响。结果表明:基板材料是影响镓熔体在基板表面静态接触角的主要因素;随着表面粗糙度的增加和温度的升高,镓熔体在基板表面的静态接触角增大;与基板材料和基板表面粗糙度相比,温度对接触角的影响很小。
In this paper, the static contact angle of gallium melt on aluminum substrate and copper substrate was measured by drop method. The effects of substrate surface roughness, substrate material and temperature on the static contact angle were investigated. The results show that the substrate material is the main factor affecting the static contact angle of gallium melt on the substrate surface. With the increase of surface roughness and temperature, the static contact angle of gallium melt on the substrate surface increases. The effect of temperature on the contact angle is small compared to the substrate surface roughness.
