财务管理课程是一门综合性与实践性强的学科。目前,我国高校财务管理实践教学大多难以适应现实企业财务管理岗位用人要求。在应用型人才培养模式下,这就要求财务管理课程的实践教学需要打破传统的教师为本的被动型教学模式。本文从应用型人才培养模式的目标出发,分析了财务管理课程实践教学的现状,并提出了在教学目标、教学方式和考核方式上的改革措施,以期能切实有效地提升财务管理课程教学质量。
Financial management course is a comprehensive and practical discipline. At present, most of the practical teaching of financial management in colleges and universities in our country are difficult to adapt to the practical requirements of employing people in financial management positions. In the application-oriented training mode, this requires that the practice teaching of financial management courses need to break the traditional teacher-based passive teaching mode. Based on the goal of applying talents training model, this paper analyzes the status quo of practical teaching in financial management courses and puts forward the reform measures in teaching objectives, teaching methods and examination methods in order to effectively and effectively improve the teaching quality of financial management courses.
