第十一届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议表决通过关于修改民事诉讼法的决定,新修改的民事诉讼法自2013年1月1日起施行。在民事诉讼法实施的二十多年来,这次修改可算是最大规模的一次修改,其中小额诉讼制度作为首次亮相的一个诉讼制度,成为本次修改的一大亮点。新《民事诉讼法》第一百六十二条规定,基层人民法院和它派出的法庭审理符合本法第一百五十七条第一款规定的简单的民事案件,标的额为各省、自治区、直辖市上年度就业人员
The 28th Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress voted to pass the resolution on the amendment of the Code of Civil Procedure, and the newly amended Code of Civil Procedure came into effect on January 1, 2013.
