青少年宫是展青少年教育工作的重要场地,也是展示市民文化素质的窗口之一,群众文化是社会主义文化的重要组成部分,是一种面对广大群众的文化,其主体是群众,而青少年宫群众文化管理的主体则是广大的青少年们。青少年宫的群文管理工作必须要做到严格要求、任务明确、责任落实,同时,还要进行创新管理,这样才能够全面的提升青少年宫群文管理的综合水平。本文主要分析特色青少年宫群文管理工作开展的创新途径。
