社会主义社会和以公有制为基础的社会主义生产关系是两个不同的概念 ,应该从社会主义社会的发展出发认识和评价私营经济的地位与作用。发展私营经济是生产关系一定要适应生产力发展状况这一唯物史观基本规律的要求 ,是发展我国社会生产力的要求 ,也是建立社会主义市场经济、促进公有制经济发展的要求。这需要我们真正坚持唯物史观 ,坚持从中国的实际国情出发 ,正确认识私营经济的历史地位与作用 ,才能使私营经济健康发展并进而促进社会各项事业的进步。
Socialist society and the socialist production relations based on public ownership are two different concepts. We should recognize and evaluate the status and role of the private economy from the development of socialist society. The development of the private economy is a requirement that production relations must meet the basic law of historical materialism that is the status quo for the development of the productive forces. It is also a requirement for the development of our social productive forces and a requirement for building a socialist market economy and promoting the development of a public-owned economy. This requires that we truly adhere to the historical materialism, proceed from China’s actual national conditions, and correctly understand the historical status and role of the private economy in order to enable the private economy to develop healthily and thus promote the progress of all social undertakings.
