介绍了隔离游车的设计方案,包括车体结构组成和主要技术参数。对3种工况下的载荷进行了分析与计算,并进行了有限元分析。隔离游车试运行后,进行了车列制动试验,制动性能可以满足武钢有限运输部炼钢站连挂12台钢渣车的运输要求。
The design plan of isolated motorbike is introduced, including the structure of the car body and the main technical parameters. The loads under three conditions were analyzed and calculated, and the finite element analysis was carried out. After the quarantine touring trial operation, the train braking test was carried out, and the braking performance could meet the transportation requirements of 12 sets of steel slag trucks linked with the steel station of WISCO Limited Transport Ministry.
