目的通过对某标准件有限公司整治前后情况比较,确定工程防护和职业卫生管理的重要性,为减少职业危害、加强职业卫生管理、选择适宜的工程防护提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查、职业卫生检测方法收集数据和资料,比较整治前后职业病危害因素的检测结果,对职业卫生管理情况进行分析评价。结果该整治项目工程防护措施主要为在电镀自动线两侧增设围挡,设置伞形排风罩。经过整治,各化学有害因素检测浓度下降明显,均符合国家职业接触限值。噪声主要采用个体防护措施,佩戴3M耳塞后可使噪声强度降至低于国家职业接触限值。结论该电镀整治项目采取的工程防护措施和个体防护措施,均能有效降低化学有害物质的接触浓度和噪声接触强度,职业病危害控制效果可行。
Objective To determine the importance of engineering protection and occupational health management by comparing the situation before and after remediation of a standard parts Co., Ltd. To provide scientific basis for reducing occupational hazards, strengthening occupational health management and selecting proper engineering protection. Methods The data and data were collected by on-the-spot investigation and occupational hygienic test, and the test results of occupational hazards were compared before and after remediation. The occupational health management was analyzed and evaluated. Results The project protection measures for the remediation project mainly include adding an enclosure on both sides of the automatic plating line and setting an umbrella exhaust hood. After remediation, the test concentrations of all the chemical harmful factors decreased significantly, all in line with the national occupational exposure limits. The noise is mainly used individual protective measures, wear 3M earplugs can make the noise intensity below the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The engineering protection measures and individual protective measures taken by the electroplating remediation project can effectively reduce the contact concentration of chemical harmful substances and the noise contact strength, and the control effect of occupational disease hazards is feasible.
