机械光整技术在航空发动机叶片精密制造中的应用

本文提出一种叶片机械式自由磨具光整加工工艺方法,在详细分析了影响光整质量的各种因素的情况下,以零件最终尺寸精度与表面光整效果为评定依据,通过试验分析了磨料深度、磨料的切削速度对光整质量的影响。通过综合验证,表明叶片经机械光整后能够满足工艺要求,同时叶片表面质量优于原手工抛光工艺。 This paper presents a leaf blade mechanical free abrasive finishing process, a detailed analysis of the various factors affecting the quality of finishing, the final dimension accuracy of the parts and the surface finishing effect for the assessment based on the analysis of the abrasive Depth, abrasive cutting speed on the quality of the entire impact. Through the comprehensive verification, it shows that the blade can meet the technical requirements after the mechanical finishing, and the blade surface quality is better than the original manual polishing process.
