On October 1, 1949, Chairman Mao proclaimed to the world the birth of New China in the tower of Tiananmen Square (Figure 1), thus creating a new era in the history of the Chinese nation. With a fleeting 65 years, tremendous changes have taken place on earth in the motherland and made brilliant achievements in the process of national rejuvenation. Especially in the area of agricultural construction, we have created a miracle that makes the world a spectacular one.
