该文从健康教育的角度,对我国高校体育健康课程教学改革的走向提出了树立健康第一的指导思想,淡化竞技运动的教学模式;拓宽体育教学内容,注重心理健康的教育和培养;注重理论课教学,培养学生体育能力;体育教学形式、方法应趋于多样化;改造竞技体育项目,创新高校体育形态;重构体育教学的评价体系等观点。在体育健康课程实施过程中,体育教师的角色要由课程的被动执行者向决策者转变;由体育知识技能的传授者向培养学生体育能力的引导者转变;由增强学生体质的训练者向学生身心全面发展的促进转变。
From the point of view of health education, this paper puts forward the guiding ideology of establishing the health first, and weakens the teaching mode of competitive sports.
