在社会主义市场经济体制之下,传统的国企人力资源管理模式已经无法适应当前的经济发展。十八大以来我国进一步加快了国有企业改革的进程,人力资源管理作为现代企业管理的重要内容,创新人力资源管理模式也受到了较高的重视,但是大规模的改革也势必会对国有企业的经营状况和管理制度造成一定的冲击。本文结合我国经济发展的新形势,就国企人力资源管理创新与变革的措施进行了分析,以期可以为国有企业市场竞争力的提高提供借鉴。
